The price depends on the chosen design, the number of rhinestones on the swimsuit and the material used to make the swimsuit (of course, the design that requires Swarovski rhinestones will be more expensive).

Some colors are only produced by Swarovski, so when choosing a design containing such a color, you must expect a higher price.

Prices therefore depend on the final design you choose and the material used.

We are glad that you have chosen to work with us! The procedure is as follows:

1. Choose a design you like on the website. If none of the already made designs interest you, don't despair, we'll come up with something new together.

2. When choosing a ready-made design, order via the website, where you pay the total price, or via Instagram/WhatsApp if you choose a new design.

3. Together, they will choose the right cup and panty size. If necessary, we will send you a swimsuit sample for testing.

4. After choosing the design and size of the swimsuit, you send a 50% deposit and now the swimsuit production process begins :)

5. After the swimsuit is made within the current production dates, you will receive photos of the finished bikini and the second half of the price will be paid.

6. Bikinis have been shipped :)

The deposit is always half the price of the product. If you order online, the full price of the bikini is paid.

Sure! We return the deposit within one week of ordering. If the swimsuit is already in the production process, the deposit cannot be returned at any stage of production :(

Your new swimsuit comes with a swimsuit box, a swimsuit dustbag, and a set of spare rhinestones.

This depends on the current volume of orders. If it is racing season, there are a lot of orders and production may be extended.

The standard delivery time for swimwear is 6-8 weeks. During the Season, this time can be extended to 15 weeks.

So don't delay ordering :)

We try to keep our customers with them as soon as possible, so we use the highest quality shipping companies. They are transported across the Czech Republic via Zásilkovna, Česká pošta, DHL, DPD etc.

We then send to other European countries via services such as DHL, TNT, PPL and the delivery time is 2-3 days.

We then deliver to countries outside Europe by the same shipping companies, but the delivery time can be in the order of 7-14 days.

1. We manufacture the product exclusively based on the dimensions and parameters supplied by you and **precisely agreed upon**.

2. After approval of the technical design (including size/dimensions), production begins and this is considered your **conscious and timely confirmation** that the product will have this appearance.

3. From this moment on **we are not responsible for the product not "fitting"** – i.e. it does not correspond exactly to your specifications, and in this context **we are not obliged to refund the funds paid**.

4. However, we retain all legal claims regarding **quality defects** – defects in material, workmanship, functionality and other potential manufacturing or material defects within 24 months of receipt.

5. In the event of a quality defect, you have the right to free repair, delivery of a defect-free item, a reasonable discount or withdrawal from the contract pursuant to Sections 2161–2174 of the Civil Code.
