These terms and conditions govern the legal relationship between the seller and the buyer when purchasing goods through the e-shop www.mshinebikini.com .
The seller specializes in custom production and sale of bikini fitness swimwear, heels, jewelry, and bathrobes.
By sending the order, the buyer confirms that he has read and agrees to the terms and conditions.

The offer mainly includes custom-made goods, which are adapted to the individual requirements of the customer.
For custom-made goods, minor differences in color, structure, or placement of stones are permissible, which are not grounds for complaint.

The order becomes binding after its confirmation by the seller.
For custom-made goods, a deposit is required before production begins. This deposit is non-refundable.
The purchase contract is formed upon confirmation of the order.
The seller reserves the right to refuse an order if it cannot be fulfilled for capacity or technical reasons.

Prices of goods may be displayed and negotiated in different currencies (e.g. CZK, EUR, USD) depending on the language version of the website, the buyer's country or individual agreement between the parties.
The final currency and amount are always confirmed when ordering and stated in the order confirmation or invoice.
Payment options:
- Within the Czech Republic: bank transfer, cash (upon personal collection)
- From abroad: bank transfer, PayPal, Revolut
In the case of foreign payments, the buyer is obliged to pay all bank or payment gateway fees, unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the goods and will be added according to the selected delivery method and country of delivery.
If the price is agreed in a foreign currency, the exchange rate may be converted according to the current exchange rate of the Czech National Bank or the payment gateway.

Within the Czech Republic, we deliver via Czech Post, Zásilkovna, DPD, PPL and GLS.
We ship abroad via Czech Post, FedEx, DHL, TNT and UPS.
The buyer is obliged to check the goods upon receipt and report any damage to the carrier.
Shipping costs vary depending on weight, volume, and destination country.

The goods are manufactured according to the buyer's specifications. After approval of the design and payment of the deposit, production begins.
Delivery times are approximate and depend on the complexity of the order, material availability, and the manufacturer's current workload.
If the customer requires delivery by a specific date (e.g. due to a competition), this must be stated in writing in the order and the date must be explicitly confirmed by the seller.
In the event of a delay caused by force majeure (e.g. material delay, illness, technical failure), the seller reserves the right to extend the delivery period appropriately. The buyer will be informed of the change.
The Seller is not liable for consequential damages caused by delays, such as missed competition, travel expenses or other financial losses.
If the goods are not delivered within a reasonable replacement period and would therefore lose their meaning for the customer, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract if it was a material breach of contract and the deadline was confirmed in writing.
If the order is already in progress and can be completed or modified, an alternative solution will be offered (e.g. discount, modification, another date).

Complaints due to minor differences from the visualization (e.g. color, slight movement of stones) will not be accepted if they correspond to the ordered specifications.
Complaints after using the product will only be accepted for demonstrable manufacturing defects.
The deadline for processing a complaint is 30 days from receipt of the returned goods.
Complaints are resolved as a matter of priority by repair, modification or replacement. Monetary compensation is only possible in justified cases.

According to Section 1837 of the Civil Code, it is not possible to withdraw from a contract for custom-made goods.
Withdrawal is only possible for standard, unused goods (e.g. jewelry or bathrobes) within 14 days of receipt.
Returned goods must be complete, undamaged and without signs of use. The customer bears the costs of return shipping.

We process: name, address, telephone number, e-mail - for the purpose of processing orders, delivering goods and fulfilling legal obligations.
Data may be provided to third parties (carriers, accountants) with whom we have concluded processing contracts.
The buyer has the right to access their data, to correct it, delete it, restrict processing, portability, or file a complaint with the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.

These terms and conditions are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
All disputes are resolved amicably, in extreme cases through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority ( www.adr.coi.cz ).
The seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. The current version is always available on the website.
